Service Information
Gloria G. Haley, age 78, of Hutchinson, Minnesota, formerly of Cosmos, Minnesota, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at Ecumen Oaks in Hutchinson.
Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. at Dobratz-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Hutchinson, with interment in the Hector City Cemetery in Hector.
Gathering of Family and Friends will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral chapel.
Obituary
Gloria Gail Haley was born on January 25, 1945, in Willmar, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Lowell and Opal (Davis) Bishop. Gloria was baptized on May 12, 1946, at the Methodist Church in Morton, Minnesota, and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth on May 4, 1958, at the Methodist Church in Cosmos, Minnesota. She received her education at Cosmos, Minnesota.
On March 31, 1962, Gloria was united in marriage to Francis Haley, Jr. at United Methodist Church in Cosmos. This marriage was blessed with two children, Wanda and Wade. Gloria and Francis resided in Cosmos. They shared 45 years of marriage until Francis passed away on March 8, 2008.
Gloria provided daycare for family members out of her home for 15 years.
Gloria enjoyed reading, playing cards, doing puzzles, and watching old westerns. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
On August 27, 2018, Gloria moved to Ecumen Oaks in Hutchinson, Minnesota, where she passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at the age of 78 years.

Wade Haley and his wife, Tami of Cosmos, MN;
Grandchildren, Bobbi Jo (Sam) Nystrom, Brendan Haley;
Brother, Lawrence Bishop and his wife, Linda of Chicago, IL;
Many other relatives and friends.
Gloria is preceded in death by her Parents, Lowell and Opal Bishop; Husband, Francis Haley, Jr.; Sister, Bonnie Rhoda; Brother-in-law, Lloyd Rhoda.

So sorry to hear of your mom’s death. She was a good neighbor, always willing to watch my kids. She went through a lot in her life. I remember her from church during our teen years. She will be missed.
