We were honored to worship with Tom at the Arlington United Methodist Church for many years. That contagious smile and proud display of Vikings apparel won’t be forgotten. Sympathy to his family.

My sympathy to all of Tom’s family on his death. I enjoyed knowing Tom from the time he moved to High Island Creek Residence. He was in my Sunday School class every Sunday at the Arlington United Methodist Church. He had a great sense of humor, liked to be a part of activities and was always fun to be with. His family was important to him (and also the Vikings!). I will give a memorial to him to High Island Creek Residence.

It is with great love that I remember Tom – Kuttey Kuttner! He and I started at High Island Creek Residence in 1980. During my 26 years of working with Tom there are many memories. I remember well when his mom and dad would come to pick him up for a week-end visit… Tom would place his glasses on his night stand and take off his leg brace and lay it on the bed… and home he would go. Upon his return to HICR- he would put his glasses and leg brace back on. This continued into the time when his parents got older and we would drive him to Stewart for his weekend visits- no glasses or leg braces went home with him. I could never quite figure it out until I got word of Toms passing . — I got a was a very clear picture of Tom seeing his parents – he was smiling with no glasses- no leg braces and ran into the arms of Jesus! Tom is home!
