Dennis Grams, age 70, of Gaylord passed away Friday, April 17, 2015, at Oak Terrace Health Care Center in Gaylord.
Memorial Service will be Saturday, April 25th, 1:00 P.M. at American Lutheran Church in Gaylord with interment in the Gaylord City Cemetery.
Gathering of Family and Friends will be Friday, April 24th, from 4:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at American Lutheran Church in Gaylord. Gathering of Family and Friends will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
Obituary
Dennis LuVerne Grams was born on June 27, 1944, in New Ulm, Minnesota, to Raymond and B. Lorraine (Sorbe) Grams. Dennis was baptized on July 9, 1944, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Stewart, Minnesota, and was later confirmed on May 25, 1958, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Gaylord. He received his education at Gaylord Public School.
On January 29, 1967, Dennis was united in marriage to Gloriann Fenske. This union was blessed with five children.
Dennis was employed at Easland Alfalfa Company, Don Mueller Well Drilling, Sommers Grain and Feed and Michael Foods.
Dennis was a charter member of American Lutheran Church in Gaylord.
Dennis enjoyed listening to polka music and everything about farming – the equipment, animals, crops and weather. If you had a question regarding farming, he was the man to go to. He had a way of explaining everything so that you could understand and would not stop explaining until he was sure you understood. Dennis also enjoyed collecting and showing off his toy farm machinery collection; specifically his Allis Chalmers tractors.

Dennis was preceded in death by his Parents, Raymond and Lorraine Grams; Infant Son, Terrence Grams; Brothers, Bill Grams and Doug Grams; and Nephew, Daniel Grams.
