Trevor M. Richter, age 27, of Glencoe, Minnesota, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2025.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, June 22, 2025, from 2:00-4:00 P.M., at the Oak Leaf Park, Shelter #1 in Glencoe. (3 Desoto Ave. S.)
Obituary
Trevor was born in December of 1997 in Monticello, MN to Shawn Richter and Christy Knute. Trevor grew up in Waconia with his mom and stepdad (Josh Whitted) and 5 siblings. And, also in Monticello with his dad and stepmom (Dawn Richter) and 2 more siblings.
As a child, Trevor enjoyed spending time outside. He would go to Grand Rapids every summer with his Mom and Josh, where they would camp, go boating, tubing, swimming, fishing and spend evenings playing board games or cards. Fishing and hunting were Trevor’s favorite activities. He also loved to sing, whether it was singing with his stepmom or making up his own songs.
When Trevor was 19 years old, he met the 1st love of his life, his daughter, Adalynn along with her mom, Aunna. He loved doting on his daughter. In 2019, he met Izzy and together, they had the 2nd love of his life, Penelope in 2021. The 3rd love of his life was born in 2024, a boy named Jaxon. Trevor's children were his pride and joy. He loved his entire family more than anything. He loved spending time with his children, fishing, frolfing, bonfires, dancing in the living room and more. He also spent time riding motorcycles, dirt bikes and 4 wheelers with his dads.
Trevor is survived by his parents, Shawn and Dawn Richter and Christy and Josh Whitted; His partner, Izzy; children, Adalynn, Penelope, and Jaxon; Siblings, Madison, Riley, Isaiah, Levi, Liam, Paiten, Austin, and Kaileigh; Grandparents, Connie and Denis, Grandpa Ken, and Dave and Monica; Several nieces and nephews; as well as many other family and friends.
Trevor was preceded in death by Grandmama, Grandma Joy and family friends, Trinity and Anthony.
