Brenda C. Sturges, age 66, of Hutchinson, Minnesota, passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025, at her home in Hutchinson.
Memorial Service will be Friday, October 17, 2025, 1:00 P.M., at Faith Lutheran Church in Hutchinson, with interment in Ripley Cemetery in Litchfield, Minnesota.
Gathering of family and friends will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Obituary
Brenda Carol Sturges was born on December 25, 1958, in Litchfield, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Wesley and Joanne (Klabunde) Anderson. Brenda was baptized as an infant at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Litchfield. She received her education in Litchfield, and was a graduate of the Litchfield High School class of 1977.
Brenda made her home in Hutchinson, Minnesota, and was employed at 3M. She retired in 2014. After retirement, Brenda worked part time for Liquor Hutch. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Hutchinson and frequently volunteered at various church events.
Brenda enjoyed baking, cooking, camping, bonfires, and pool days. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Brenda passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025, at her home in Hutchinson, at the age of 66 years.

Brenda is preceded in death by her Parents, Wesley Anderson and Joanne Olesen; Brother, Gale Anderson; Sister, Barbara Skeels.

Our hearts are broken! Brenda fought a very tough battle. I wish you all comfort in knowing she is finally at peace. She will be missed by so many because she cared so deeply.
