Darlene L. Mackenthun, age 81, of Glencoe, Minnesota, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at GlenFields Living with Care in Glencoe.
Memorial Service will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026, 11:00 A.M., at the St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Helen Township, rural Glencoe, Minnesota, with interment following in the church cemetery.
Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 9:00-11:00 A.M., two hours prior to the service, ALL at the church.

I am so sorry to read of your Mom’s death. I enjoyed visiting with her while fixing her hair, these past months. She was a delight to talk to, and loved to share “farm and dog” stories with me. She was compassionate when Randall died, and we were able to share at that time, also. You have my deepest sympathy. May she rest in eternal peace.
