Ralph George Rumble

Obituary

Ralph George Rumble was born on November 8, 1932, in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  He was the son of Ralph and Ruth (Corbett) Rumble.  Ralph was baptized as an infant and later was confirmed in his faith as a youth.  He received his education in Robbinsdale, Minnesota.  Ralph furthered his education by attending Dunwoody Institute in Minneapolis, Minnesota, for two years.  He received a plumbing degree.  Ralph entered active military service in the United States Navy in 1950, and served his country during the Korean Conflict.  He received an Honorable Discharge in 1954.

On January 14, 1956, Ralph was united in marriage to Janice Cordell at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Ralph and Janice made their home in Robbinsdale and North Minneapolis, Minnesota, and for the past 51 years lived on a farm by Norwood Young America.  Their marriage was blessed with five children, Chris, Lori, Lisa, Keith and Jana.  Ralph and Janice shared 62 years of marriage. 

Ralph worked at various plumbing companies through Plumbers Union #15 in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  He was a member of Church of the Ascension in Norwood Young America.  Ralph enjoyed fishing and hunting.  He loved the time spent with his family and friends.

Ralph passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at Ridgeview Medical Center in Waconia, Minnesota, at the age of 85 years, 2 months and 23 days.
