Elizabeth “Betty” A. Fischer, age 81, wife of Clifford Junior (Bud) of Buffalo Lake, Minnesota, passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at her home in Hector Township, Minnesota.
Private Family Services will be held.
Obituary
Elizabeth Ann Fischer was born on March 29, 1938, in Radisson Township, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of Percy and Viola (Hunter) Monson. Elizabeth was baptized as an infant and later confirmed in her faith as a youth. She received her education in Rice Lake, Wisconsin and was a graduate with the Rice Lake High School class of 1956.
On October 1, 1966, Elizabeth was united in marriage to Clifford Fischer in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This marriage was blessed with three children, Becky, Eric, and John. Bud and Betty resided in rural Buffalo Lake, Minnesota on the family farm since 1966. They shared 53 years of marriage.
Betty was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed caring for her family and home. Betty took pride in keeping everything in her home spotless. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren, and relatives.
She was a member of the Zion United Methodist Church in Buffalo Lake, Minnesota.
Betty passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at her home, at the age of 81 years. Blessed be her memory.
Betty is survived by her:
Husband, Clifford Jr. (Bud) Fischer of rural Buffalo Lake, MN;
Children, Becky Kirchoff and her husband, Mitch, of Carver, MN,
Eric Fischer and his wife, Sue, of Baxter, MN,
John Fischer and his wife, Brenda, of Elbow Lake, MN;
Grandchildren, Cole, Trent, Josh, and Lexie Kirchoff, Adam and Matt Fischer, Zach, Noah, Caden, and Drew Fischer;
Many other relatives and friends.
Betty is preceded in death by her Parents, Percy and Viola Monson; Brother, Jim Monson; Sister, Judy Anderson.
