When I think of Bob, I think of the twinkle in his eyes, his vehicles being clean enough to eat off of and his awesome sense of humor standing behind his basement bar.
I also think of the way he looked at his bride Kathy, knowing she hung the moon. Merri and Mike were his pride and joy…and his grandkids were the icing on the cake.
When Merri would have us come home with her in college, Bob looked forward to grilling dinner for us, serving up ice cold beers and shoot’n the breeze. This will be how I always remember him.
Kathy, I love you with all my heart. Hugs to you, Mer, Mike and the whole family.
Bob, Godspeed on your next journey. Keep your line tight, tip up and holler “fish on” so we can hear ya!!!

I do remember Bob from when I was a kid. I enjoyed seeing him in the parade with the shiny cars and at church. He was my mom’s godfather for baptism and confirmation and she still has a few gifts from him that she treasures. Its fun hearing about the memories she has of him and seeing the pictures she has of him.
My deepest sympathy to Bob’s family.
