Dearest Dulles, Dorle, Lauri & Randy, I will never forget the days you were born nor how I loved & cared for you as my own. Your dad was so excited and thrilled to announce each of your births. We all had much fun together. I’ve missed you all much throughout all these years which feel like days. I assumed your dad was about 75! He had a great great laugh!! Now heaven’s gain. God bless and keep you all!
    All my love,
    Karen Kraft VanWyngarden

Dear Schafer family, Delaino and I grew up as neighbors from the time we were little kids. Our families were close friends. I was sad to hear about his death. He will be remembered as such a nice person. Rest in peace my friend.

    Dulles, Dorle, Lauri and Randy,
Our deepest sympathies on the loss of your Dad. I remember many times at the Winthrop farm when our families would get together and just enjoy each others company. That was a fun season in our lives! Our thoughts and prayers are with you! As we have moved from the area, we were unable to attend his service and we would have loved seeing all of you.
    Thinking of you,
    Larry & Barbara (Bussler) Bumgardner
