Angeline Blaser, age 99, of Gaylord passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at Oak Terrace Health Care Center in Gaylord.
Funeral Service will be Saturday, November 16, 2019, 11:00 A.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord with interment in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 16, 2019, from 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M.; one hour prior at the church.
Obituary
Angeline Anna Mary Blaser was born on July 8, 1920, in Sibley Township, Sibley County, Minnesota, to Herman and Laura (Woller) Hedrich. She was baptized as an infant on August 20, 1920, by Reverend Gade and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth on March 25, 1934, by Reverend Alf Streufert, both at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord.
On September 20, 1939, Angeline was united in marriage to Alvin Blaser by Reverend H. Winter at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord. After their marriage, the couple farmed on Alvin’s home place until retiring in 1992. They both liked living on the farm, so they continued living there. Angeline and Alvin shared 63 years of marriage, when Alvin passed away on May 19, 2002.
Angeline was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord.
Angeline enjoyed gardening, lawn and yard work and helping with the farm chores. She cherished the time she spent with her nieces, nephews and friends. She had a great love and cared for her many kitties on the farm.
When she needed assistance with her daily care, Angeline became a resident of Oak Terrace Health Care Center in Gaylord and passed away there on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at the age of 99 years. Blessed be her memory.

Great Great Nephew, Javen Ostermann of Courtland, MN;

Angeline was preceded in death by her Parents, Herman and Laura Hedrich; Husband, Alvin Blaser; Sister, Bernadine Ostermann; Sister-in-law, Helen Blaser; Brothers-in-law, Harold Ostermann and Noel Blaser; Nephews, David Blaser and Gerald Ostermann, Great Nephew, Todd Steffl.
