Arlene Hildebrandt, age 83 of Gaylord, Minnesota, passed away Friday, June 16, 2017, at her home in rural Gaylord.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 21, 2017, at 11:00 A.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord with interment in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at the church on Wednesday.
Obituary
Arlene Lydia Freda Hildebrandt was born on March 19, 1934, at home in Three Lakes Township, Redwood County, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Elmer and Martha (Dummer) Zamzow. Arlene was baptized as an infant at home on April 15, 1934, and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth on May 2, 1948, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Morgan, Minnesota. She went to grade school in District #105 in Redwood County, graduating in 1948, and attended Morgan High School in Morgan.
On September 6, 1956, Arlene was united in marriage to Wilbert Hildebrandt at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Morgan. After their marriage, the couple farmed in Sibley Township. Arlene was a loving mother and homemaker. They shared 60 years of marriage. Arlene and Wilbert were blessed with two children, Donna and LeRoy.
Arlene was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord.
Arlene enjoyed her flower garden and baking. She cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
Arlene passed away on Friday, June 16, 2017, at her home in rural Gaylord at the age of 83 years. Blessed be her memory.

Husband, Wilbert Hildebrandt of Gaylord, MN;
Daughter, Donna (Hildebrandt) Ulrich of Blue Earth, MN;
Son, LeRoy Hildebrandt of San Marcos, TX;
Grandson, Travis Ulrich and his fiancée, Ventura Tamayo of Blue Earth, MN;
Great-Grandchild, Amelia Ulrich;
Sister-In-Law, Edna Zamzow of Gibbon, MN;
Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
Arlene was preceded in death by her Parents, Elmer and Martha Zamzow; Siblings, Elmer Zamzow, Verona (Wesley) Johnson, Ivan Zamzow, Lorraine (Orville) Hildebrandt, Laverne Zamzow in infancy; Son-In-Law, Matthew Ulrich; and Sister-In-Law, Cecilia Hildebrandt in infancy.
