Service Information
Arlene Miklos, age 94, of Fairfax, passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at the Sleepy Eye Care Center in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota.
Funeral Service will be Saturday, May 1, 2021, 12:00 Noon at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fairfax with interment in Ft. Ridgely and Dale Cemetery, Camp Township, Renville County, Minnesota.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
Obituary
Arlene Frieda Miklos was born on March 3, 1927, in Minnesota. She was the daughter of Walter and Olga (Grams) Buboltz. Arlene was baptized as an infant and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth, at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fairfax. She received her education through the eighth grade.
On November 28, 1944, Arlene was united in marriage to Steve Miklos at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fairfax. After their marriage, the couple resided in Fairfax. Arlene and Steve were blessed with three children. They shared 55 years of marriage when Steve passed away on May 15, 2000.
Arlene was a life-long member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fairfax.
Arlene enjoyed her dogs, crocheting, crafts and making Christmas stockings. She cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Arlene passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at the Sleepy Eye Care Center in Sleepy Eye at the age of 94 years. Blessed be her memory.

Arlene was preceded in death by her Parents, Walter and Olga Buboltz; Husband, Steve Miklos.
