Service Information
A celebration of Ayden’s life will be held on Sunday, October 20th at 12:00pm at Oscar Olson Park in Glencoe. Lunch will be provided following the service.
In honor of Ayden, all are invited to wear his favorite color, red.
After the celebration, all are welcome to join the family for an evening bonfire to continue remembering Ayden’s beautiful impact. More details to follow.
Obituary
It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Ayden Thomas Garcia, age 19, of Hutchinson Minnesota, on September 28, 2024. Ayden was a beloved son, brother, cousin, and friend who touched the lives of everyone around him with his kindness, joy, and energy.
Born on July 9, 2005 in Minneapolis, Ayden was a humorous, genuine, kind-hearted young man who brought light to every room and was deeply loved by family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Ayden especially loved food, video games, camping, and all pets- most importantly his family cat Nugget. His life, though tragically cut short, was filled with love, laughter, and countless memories cherished by those closest to him.
Ayden is survived by his Mother, Kristin Boys; Sister, Brookelyn Boys; Stepparent, Ryan Erickson; Grandparents, Peter and Cindy Ellanson; Grandfather, Mark Boys; Grandparents, Lucy Lara and Dario Garcia; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins, who will forever hold his memory in their hearts. He was preceded in death by his Cousin, Dustin Bolander.
