Sorry to hear of Aunt Bernie’s passing. My condolences to Larry & David and your families. Bernie’s passing closes the book to the Hoff Family Legacy. It was truly an historical read that has left so many great family memories in our hearts & minds. I was looking through some old photos the other day & ran across one of Dad riding Reb. He was sitting high in the saddle, tipping his hat, with a great big smile on his face. I remember a sleepover at Howard & Bernie’s house one time when I was very young. It was a pretty big deal (and kind of scary) for a country girl to be spending the night in town. I will always remember Aunt Bernie for her big smile & infectious laugh. Give Grandma & Grandpa Hoff, Mom, Dad, Diane, Gary, Julie & Dale a big hug from me. Rest In Peace Aunt Bernie.

I helped Bernie in the beauty shop at Harmony River. She was a smiling, friendly person and had a unique laugh. She was a willing hard worker, brought joy to the residents & always got the job done! May her precious memories live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Lea Ette Peters
