Service Information
Camille M. (Geary) (Carr) Voss, age 74, of Mount Carroll, Illinois, passed away on Sunday, March 14, 2021, at Cedar Crest Estate in Silver Lake, Minnesota.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021, at 10:00 A.M., at Custer Lutheran Fellowship in Custer, South Dakota. Interment will follow in the Pringle Cemetery in Pringle, South Dakota.
Gathering of family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service all at Custer Lutheran Fellowship in Custer, South Dakota.
Obituary
Camille Marian Voss was born on April 16, 1946, in Peoria, Illinois. She was the daughter of George and Camilla (Geary) Carr. Camille was baptized as an infant and later confirmed in her faith as a youth. She received her education in Mount Carroll, Illinois, and was a graduate of the Mount Carroll High School Class of 1964. In her younger years, she helped on the farm.
On February 4, 1967, Camille was united in marriage to Duane Voss in Stephenson City, Illinois. After their marriage, the couple resided in Illinois. Camille and Duane were blessed with a daughter, Melissa. They later divorced and remarried on November 14, 1980, they remarried at the Church of God in Stephenson City, Illinois. The couple moved to Shullsburg, Wisconsin, and were blessed with a son, Robert in 1983. She was a loving mother and homemaker.
Camille enjoyed painting on canvas, sewing, farming, gardening, puzzles and scrapbooking. She cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
When she needed assistance with her daily care, Camille became a resident of Cedar Crest Estate in Silver Lake and passed away there on Sunday, March 14, 2021, at the age of 74 years, 10 months, 26 days. Blessed be her memory.

Grandchildren, Dillion Voss, McKenzie Sweeney, Austin Sweeney;
Great-grandchildren, Lyberti Raye Voss, Oaklee Baysinger, Aaliyah Voss;
Sisters, Rita Ann Tilman and her husband, Jack of Montana, and Bonnie Sue Carr of Sioux Falls, SD;
Brothers, Clinton George Carr of Custer, SD, and Michael Hilary Carr and his wife, Karren of Custer, SD;
Uncle, Emery Backman;
Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
Camille was preceded in death by her Parents, George and Camilla Carr; Son, Robert Charles Voss; and Husband, Duane Voss.
