Service Information
David Earles, age 77, of Gaylord formerly of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, passed away Thursday, September 8, 2016, at Oak Terrace Health Care Center in Gaylord.
Memorial Service will be Tuesday, September 20, 2016, 11:00 A.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord.
Gathering of Family and Friends will be one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
Military Honors by the Manthey-Asmus American Legion Post #433 in Gaylord.
Obituary
David Roy Earles was born on December 27, 1938, in Valley City, North Dakota. He was the son of Vern and Helen (Gray) Earles. David was baptized as an infant. He received his education in Valley City, North Dakota, and was a graduate of Valley City High School.
David was employed in the oil fields, and as a truck driver. He resided in Washington State for many years and for the last 16 years in Minnesota.
David served his country in the United States Air Force after high school.
David was a member of Teamsters.
David enjoyed calling Bingo for the Eagles, taking the elderly and the local children fishing, and going to car shows. He also volunteered with the Salvation Army. He cherished the time he spent with his children, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
When he needed assistance with his daily care, David became a resident of Oak Terrace Health Care Center, and passed away there on Thursday, September 8, 2016, at the age of 77 years. Blessed be his memory.
