My condolences, I knew many of the family over the years I was still in Winthrop. Del built Mom and Dad’s new home back in the days.
Marlys Timm says
Sincere sympathy to all of you as family. I will always treasure in my memory having Del as my brother/cousin when living at their home from 6th grade thru high school and was so glad we could continue that relationship with the memories of our visits together during the years and I this morning think of the time, Bev, when Del and you came to Wadena to have a visit for the whole weekend. He also came for my husband’s funeral in 1993 and the last time I saw him was in 2019 in Winthrop. Am sorry I won’t be at the visitation.
Rich and Lauren Klement says
The family has our sympathy. We knew Delmar through the terrific work that was done on our house through out the years. He was respected and enjoyable to work with.
Tony Arhart says
Delmar was a good man indeed. I always enjoyed talking with him at family get togethers. He was quick with a smile and was always interested in what you were up to. He was a surprisingly good angler from what I observed. Not sure if he made the great pickled pike he promoted and relished. Perhaps Becky had something to do with that..? I did enjoy hearing how the Bussler boys survived countless work shifts with Delmar, enduring cigar smoke and KNUJ radio polka Marathons. The boys lived to tell the tale and were much better for the working experiences.

Sincere condolences to the whole Bussler family. I have fond memories of Del as I got my first paid job experience working for Bussler Construction! Del was always willing to share knowledge with a smile, hat pushed back, pencil behind his ear, and HOT coffee on lunch breaks that he claimed still quenched his thirst on the hottest of summer days!
