Obituary

Dorothy Ann Hagen was born on June 28, 1925, in Lamberton, Minnesota. She was the daughter of John and Ethel (Larsen) Becker. Dorothy was baptized as an infant and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth. She received her education at Lamberton Public High School.

On September 10, 1946, Dorothy was united in marriage to Lester Herman Hagen at the Parsonage in Lamberton. After their marriage, the couple resided on their farm in Camp Township, rural Fairfax. Dorothy was a loving mother and homemaker, and also did housekeeping for Central Lutheran Church and Hauser Funeral Chapel, retiring in 2010. Dorothy and Lester were blessed with six children and they shared 48 years of marriage before Lester passed away in July, 1995.

Dorothy was a member of Central Lutheran Church and the Ladies Aid.

Dorothy enjoyed sewing, gardening, house cleaning, baking, quilting, bowling and dancing. She enjoyed the time she spent with her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
