Elaine H. Grack, age 82, of Glencoe, Minnesota, wife of Willard, passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at her home in Glencoe.
Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 3, 2022, 11:00 A.M. at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glencoe, with interment following at the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 2, 2022, from 4:00-7:00 P.M. at Johnson-McBride Funeral Chapel in Glencoe and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church.
Obituary
Elaine Helen Grack was born on October 4, 1939, in New Auburn Township, Sibley County, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Ernst and Helen (Helmold) Brelje. Elaine was baptized as an infant on October 22, 1939, and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth on March 29, 1953, at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glencoe, Minnesota. She received her education in Glencoe, and was a graduate of the Glencoe High School Class of 1957.
On June 18, 1957, Elaine was united in marriage to Willard Grack at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glencoe. This marriage was blessed with three children, Eileen, Sandra, and Ronald. Elaine and Willard made their home in Glencoe. They shared 64 years of marriage.
Elaine was employed at Starkey, Telex, and Strutwear. She was a member of the New Auburn VFW Auxiliary. Elaine was also a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Elaine enjoyed sewing and embroidery, gardening, listening to polka music, and cooking. She was known for her apple bars and homemade potato salad. Elaine especially enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends.
Elaine passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2022, at her home in Glencoe, at the age of 82 years.

Elaine is preceded in death by her Parents, Ernst and Helen Brelje; Siblings, Clara Brelje (in infancy), Allen Brelje; Son-in-law, Ron Martin.
