Elizabeth “Beth” Berghuis, age 31, of Redwood Falls, formerly of Hutchinson, Minnesota, Wife of Ryan, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018, at her home in Redwood Falls, Minnesota.
Memorial Services will be held on Monday, April 16, 2018, at 1:00 P.M. at the Dobratz-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Hutchinson.
Gathering of Family and Friends will be held one hour prior to the service at the Dobratz-Hantge Funeral Chapel.
Obituary
Elizabeth “Beth” Helen Berghuis was born on June 8, 1986, in St. Paul, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Raymond and Debra (Randall) Tersteeg II. Beth was baptized as an infant and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth on May 21, 2000 at Faith Lutheran Church in Hutchinson. She received her education in Hutchinson and Glencoe-Silver Lake, and was a graduate of the Glencoe-Silver Lake High School Class of 2005.
On June 6, 2009, Beth was united in marriage to Ryan Berghuis at Major Avenue Hunt Club in rural Biscay, Minnesota. Their marriage was blessed with two children, Braydon and Dakota; Beth’s daughter, Alexis; and her step children, Dylan, Devon, Anastasia, and Dawson. Beth and Ryan resided in the Hutchinson area.
Beth was a loving homemaker to her husband and children along with being employed as a personal care assistant at Avenues for Care in Glencoe and Customer Elation in Hutchinson.
Beth enjoyed fishing, playing board games, and listening to music. She also enjoyed cats and minions. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Beth passed away on Sunday, April 8, 2018, at her home in Redwood Falls, at the age of 31 years.
