Everett Louisiana, age 68, of Monticello formerly of Fairfax passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at the St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Obituary

Everett Elmer Louisiana was born on August 18, 1952, in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota.  He was the son of Elmer and Flossie (Pool) Louisiana.  Everett was baptized as an infant and later confirmed in his faith as a youth both at the United Methodist Church in Fairfax, Minnesota.  He received his education in Fairfax and was a graduate with the Fairfax High School class of 1971.

After high school Everett moved to California where he worked as a machinist.  Upon his return from California, Everett lived in several cities throughout Minnesota, most recently in the Buffalo and Monticello area. 

Everett passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at the St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, Minnesota at the age of 68 years.  Blessed be his memory.

Everett is survived by his:
sister, Bonnie (Larry) Rettmann of Belview;
brothers, Larry (Rita) Louisiana of Twin Brooks, SD; and
Ron (Peggy) Louisiana of Fairfax.
Many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. 

Everett was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Flossie; Brother Leland; Brother Gary and Sister-in-Law, Patricia.
