Gerrit R. Stone, age 32, of Marshall, formerly Hutchinson, Minnesota, passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021, at his home in Marshall.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at 10:00 A.M. at Dobratz-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Hutchinson with interment in the St. Anastasia Catholic Cemetery.
Gathering of Family and Friends will be held one hour prior at the Dobratz-Hantge Funeral Chapel.
Obituary
Gerrit Robert Stone was born on November 29, 1988, in Waconia, Minnesota. He was the son of Robert Stone and Susan Stone. Gerrit was baptized as an infant at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, and was later confirmed in his faith as a youth at St. Anastasia Catholic Church. He received his education in Hutchinson, and was a graduate of the Hutchinson High School Class of 2007.
Gerrit was a kind hearted young man and always went out of his way to help his friends in need. The energy he gave off was contagious and everyone wanted to be around him. His love, laughter, and tenderness will be missed by many.
Gerrit passed away on Saturday, August 6, 2021, at his home in Marshall, at the age of 32years.

Gerrit is preceded in death by his Grandfather, Jake Braziel; Great-Grandparents George and Grada Debruin, Emery and Pearl Stone, James and Vivian Braziel, Arnold and Minnie Wendt.
