Glenn R. Kubista, age 22, of Hutchinson, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 1996, in Hutchinson, Minnesota as a result of injuries he sustained in an automobile accident.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, June 22, 1996, at 10:30 A.M. from Christ the King Lutheran Church in Hutchinson. Interment was in the Oakland Cemetery in Hutchinson.
Obituary
Glenn R. Kubista was born on June 1, 1974, in Mitchell, South Dakota. He was the son of Ronald G. and Marlene (Briggs) Kubista. He was baptized as an infant at New Home Lutheran Church in Mitchell, S.D., and later was confirmed, as a youth, at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Hutchinson. He graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1991, and continued his education at North Dakota State University, where he majored in Landscape Architecture.
Glen was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Hutchinson. He was also a member of 4-H, and AFS in Hutchinson. Glenn had many interests including reading, music, bowling, drawing, tennis, playing pool, basketball, collecting hats and comic books. He also enjoyed being with his friends.
On Wednesday, June 19, 1996, Glenn passed away as a result of injuries he sustained in an automobile accident.
Glenn is survived by his:
Parents, Ronald and Marlene Kubista of Hutchinson;
Brothers, Paul Kubista of Hutchinson and Eric Kubista of Seattle Washington; Grandmother, Erma Briggs of Kansas City, Kansas.
He was preceded in death by his Grandparents, George and Mary Kubista; Grandfather, Jim Briggs and Cousin, Max Franke.
