“Remember how they loved you. On the days where you find yourself missing them most, remember how they loved you. On the days where grief shows up in the middle of the grocery aisle, in a song that plays on the radio, or in a whiff of a scent we get years after they’ve gone, remember how they loved you. Remember how they loved you and give yourself that same love. On those days you miss them most, love yourself harder. Love yourself as they loved you.” Written by granddaughter, Janelle.

Our sincere sympathy to Harriet’s family. I remember as kids those hot Summer days when Harriet and my Mom took turns taking us swimming to Lake Allie and Lake Marion for cooling off and fun. For lunch one day she made a toasted radish sandwich. Never heard of it or had one. Too this day I think of her when making one. Harriet was a fun, classy lady who had a
Infectious laugh that was so joyful to all of us. She will remain in our hearts and minds forever.
