Tina Squibb says
Hi, I just want to say Hilmer was. Special guy. I’ve always enjoyed his and Danny’s company.
I met them when I picked asparagus from their ditch. They would send “pooty” (dog) to chase me out. Finally one day I decided to just go talk to them. We were friends from then on.
I stopped to visit him last night. When I noticed his pickup gone, it saddened me. I knew he was gone. But I didn’t know he had passed yet. I would’ve been there, his funeral, to say good bye.
I’m sorry for your loss.
I will miss Mr. Hilmer Pickel
May He Rest In Peace with the angels
Sincerely Tina Squibb
