Service Information
Jane Dhaene, age 57, of Green Isle, Minnesota, passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2018, at Good Samaritan Society in Arlington, Minnesota.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, September 5, 2018, 11:00 A.M. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Green Isle, Minnesota, with interment following in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 4, 2018, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at the Paul-McBride Funeral Chapel in Norwood Young America, Minnesota. Prayer service at 7:45 P.M. Visitation will continue one hour prior the service at the church on Wednesday.
Obituary
Jane Marie (Beckefeld) Dhaene was born on June 30, 1961, in Arlington, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Jerome and Rosemary (Terrio) Beckefeld. Jane was baptized as an infant on July 23, 1961, by Rev. R. L. Reith at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Norwood Young America, Minnesota, and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth on June 1, 1975, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Green Isle, Minnesota. She received her education in Arlington, Minnesota, graduating with the Arlington Green Isle High School Class of 1979.
On October 19, 2002, Jane was united in marriage to Duane Dhaene at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Green Isle, Minnesota. Jane and Duane made their home in Green Isle. They shared over 15 years of marriage.
In addition to being a loving wife and homemaker, Jane worked in the manufacturing industry. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Green Isle, Minnesota. Jane enjoyed river fishing, canning, gardening and couponing. She loved the time spent with family and friends.
Jane passed away on Thursday, August 30, 2018, at Good Samarian Society in Arlington, Minnesota, at the age of 57 years, and 2 months.

Jane is preceded in death by her Parents, Jerome and Rosemary Beckefeld; Brothers, Paul Beckefeld, Larry Beckefeld; Sister, Judy Beckefeld.

Sympathies to the family of Jayne. What a blessing for her to be able to go home, but it is always hard to lose a loved one. And what a caring husband you were during the last difficult years always caring and tending to her needs. Always enjoyed Jayne’s trips to the store even though the last years she was unable to be real responsive.

Dwayne my heart goes out to you; because your love and devotion for your wife was so very evident even in the few times I saw you two together after she became dependent on your care due to her illness. I think there are very few men who can compare to you, you were a rock and she was very fortunate you never left her side and made your love and devotion apparent to everyone. She was so lucky to have you as a husband and I ‘m so so sorry for your loss. Just remember love never dies. I didn’t really know your wife very well; but she must have love so much to have her love reciprocated so faithfully. May she RIP and your heart be filled with all your memories of Jane’s love; to help you get through the enormous pain. My thoughts and prayers are with you; but now I believe she is an angel that will never leave your side.

Jane was a class of 79 classmate of mine . She was kind, friendly, funny and had a sweet smile . Im only sorry our paths did not cross in our adulthood. God bless you Jane .
