Jammie Colwell says
Joe and Elaine were both some of my favorite people to see. I can still remember the first time I meet them about 43 years ago they lived across the street from my mom and I. They accepted me into their home like I was one of their grandkids. Some of my best memories was Elaine always playing the organ for me and sitting in Joe’s little office (he would always take me to get a pop from the gas station) I am so thankful I was able to see Joe on this past September when I was in Buffalo Lake. He will be missed greatly by me.
