Judith Kay Mansager, age 80, of Glencoe, Minnesota, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2023, at her home.
Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, October 24, 2023, 11:00 A.M., at Christ Lutheran Church in Glencoe, Minnesota, with interment at a later date in the Elm Creek Cemetery in Trimont, Minnesota.
Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 9:30-11:00 A.M., one and a half hours prior to the service at the church.
Obituary
Judith "Judy" Kay (Ask) Mansager was born on May 4, 1943, in rural Sherburn, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Theodore and Hulda (Rosenberg) Ask. Judy was baptized as an infant and later confirmed in her faith as a youth, both at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Welcome, Minnesota. Judy received her education in Sherburn and was a graduate of the Sherburn High School class of 1961.
On June 29, 1968, Judy was united in marriage to Bernard "Bernie" Mansager at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Welcome, Minnesota. The couple made their home in Fairmont, Howard Lake, and then in 1971 moved to Glencoe, Minnesota. Judy and Bernie's marriage was blessed with two sons, Jeff and Alan. They shared over 47 years of marriage until Bernie passed away on March 29, 2016.
Judy worked at various part-time jobs over the years including Telex in Glencoe, MN, Wedin Drug in Glencoe, MN, and Seneca Foods in Glencoe, MN. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in Glencoe, MN.
Judy enjoyed tending to her flower gardens, decorating for holidays, and watching and cheering on her Minnesota Twins and Vikings. She also enjoyed playing cards, collecting antiques, and watching John Wayne movies. Judy treasured the time she spent with her family and her friends. She spent nearly 50 years living in the same neighborhood in Glencoe.
Judy passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at her home in Glencoe, Minnesota, at the age of 80 years, 5 months, and 8 days.

2 Sons, Jeff Mansager and his wife, Carlynn, of St. Peter, MN,
Alan Mansager and his wife, Sarah, of Waconia, MN;
Five Grandchildren;
Sister, Joan Engstrom and her husband, Jerry, of St. James, MN;
Brother, Alan Ask and his wife Juanita, of Sherburn, MN;
Many other in-laws, nieces and nephews, family and friends.
Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Bernard "Bernie" Mansager; parents, Theodore and Hulda Ask; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bernard O. Mansager, Harold Hoelmer and Faye Hoelmer; son, Thomas Mansager; brother, John Ask; brother-in-law, John Mansager; brother-in-law, Richard Mansager; sister-in-law, Lila Mansager.
