June M. Karg, age 82, wife of Harvey, of Hutchinson, Minnesota, passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at her home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Anastasia Catholic Church in Hutchinson, with interment at a later date in the church cemetery.
Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. prior to the service at the church.
Obituary
June Margaret Karg was born on June 19, 1943, in Shakopee, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Howard and Leona (Murphy) Blackwell. June was baptized as an infant in Shakopee, and later confirmed in her faith as a youth in 1954 at St. Anastasia Catholic Church in Hutchinson, Minnesota. She received her education in Hutchinson, and was a graduate of the Hutchinson High School Class of 1961.
On August 12, 1961, June was united in marriage to Harvey Karg at St. Anastasia Catholic Church in Hutchinson. This marriage was blessed with four children, Layne, Karlene, Keith, and Jennifer. June and Harvey resided in Hutchinson. They shared 64 years of marriage.
June was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker. She was a life-long member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church in Hutchinson. June was also a member of a bowling league and a Girl Scout Leader.
June enjoyed flowers and going to the casino. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends.
June passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at her home in Hutchinson, at the age of 82 years.

My Aunt June will be dearly missed by ALL who knew her, but NEVER forgotten. I have many wonderful memories of her during my childhood living in Hutchinson. She was like a 2nd mom to me in many ways. My prayers and sympathies go out to Uncle Harvey and all my Cousins in this difficult time.
