Obituary

Justin Layne Larson was born on January 31st 1976 in Glencoe, Minnesota.  He was the son of Annette Jayne (Christensen, Larson) Plowman and the late Larry Larson.  He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Faith.  Justin graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1994.

Justin was blessed with two amazing children, Rhianna and Jaxson, his son-in-law, Jordan, and his beautiful granddaughter, Aurora.  He loved each of them with all his heart.

Justin was loving, caring, smart, creative, artistic, and so very talented in so many ways.  His enjoyment came from spending time with family and friends, drawing, painting, creating, shooting the breeze, listening and dancing to Country and 50s and 60s music, detailing cars, trucks, and motorcycles just to name a few.  He took pride in quickly learning whatever he attempted in his work life and/or his past time.  He was fearless and willing to take on a variety of interests and most of them self-taught.

Justin drove truck over the road a majority of his employment years.  His most recent employer was Kivi Brothers Trucking in Blaine, Minnesota where he dispatched and occasionally drove.

Justin was killed in a motorcycle accident in Mound, Minnesota June 8th 2018.  He will forever be missed and loved by his family and friends.

Justin is survived by:
Daughter, Rhianna (Jordan) Johnson of Watford City, ND;
Son, Jaxson Larson of Hutchinson, MN;
Granddaughter, Aurora Johnson, Watford City, ND;
Mother, Annette (Mark) Plowman of Hutchinson, MN;
Step-Sister, Meghan (Mike) Curry and their children, Corbin and Hailey,
Step-Sister Kassie (Brandon) Gatz and their son Paul;
Many other relatives, family and friends.

Justin is preceded in death by his: Father, Larry Larson; Sister, Heather Lea “Sissy” Larson; Grandparents Curtis and Alice Larson and Kenneth and Pauline Christensen; Step-Grandfathers, Lawrence Golay and Paul Cady; Aunt, Jackie Brueggemeier; Uncle, Marvin Rainwater; Significant Other Uncle, Vern Strom; and Cousin, Brandon Shimon.

The family of Justin Larson would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and kindness in this time of sorrow. Our wish is that you take the love, joy and happiness you received from Justin and spread it to those you love. No individual acknowledgements will be sent.

    Annette, words escape me. My heartfelt sympathies to you, Mark, and the family. One cannot understand why 1 person is forced to bury not one, but 2 of their children. I simply cannot imagine the grief you are experiencing. I will pray for God to bring you comfort.
