LeRoy Weber, age 84, of Glencoe, Minnesota, passed away Monday, February 13, 2017, at his home in Glencoe, Minnesota.
Memorial Services will be held Saturday, February 18th, 2017, 11:00 A.M. at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glencoe, Minnesota, with interment in the church cemetery.
Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Saturday, February 18th, 2017, from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M., two hours prior the service at the church.
Obituary
LeRoy Henry Weber was born on April 16, 1932, in Glencoe, Minnesota. He was the son of Jacob and Anna (Ehoff) Weber. LeRoy was baptized as an infant on May 1, 1932, by Pastor E. Kolbe and later was confirmed in his faith as a youth on April 14, 1946, by Pastor Alf. Streufert both at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glencoe, Minnesota. He attended country school thru the 8th grade. LeRoy entered active military service in the United States Army on October 30, 1952, and served his country during the Korean War. He received an Honorable Discharge on October 29, 1954.
On January 18, 1963, LeRoy was united in marriage to Beverly Zarnke by Pastor R.F. Meissner at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glencoe, Minnesota. LeRoy and Beverly made their home in Glencoe, Minnesota. Their marriage was blessed with two sons, Dale and Duane. LeRoy and Beverly shared over 54 years of marriage.
LeRoy farmed in Helen Township, Glencoe, Minnesota, most of his life. Farming was his whole life and he loved tilling, planting, and harvesting. LeRoy and Beverly took pride in working together with field work and helping on their farm. He was a member at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Glencoe, Minnesota. LeRoy was also a member of the Glencoe VFW Post #5102.
LeRoy enjoyed woodworking, fixing things, collecting tractors and wagons and baking cookies for the grandchildren. LeRoy cherished the time spent with his wife, children and grandchildren.
LeRoy passed away on, Monday, February 13, 2017, at his home in Glencoe, Minnesota, at the age of 84 years, 9 months and 28 days.

Sharon Buckentin and her husband, Marvin, of St. Paul, MN;
Many Nieces, Nephews, Other relatives and friends.
LeRoy is preceded in death by his Parents, Jacob and Anna Weber; Brother, Eldon Weber and his wives, Susan and Wilma; Sister, Delores Ziegler and her husband, Elmer; Daughter-In-Law, RaNaye Weber.
