Obituary

Linda Anne Berry (Iverson) was born on March 4, 1960, in Mankato, Minnesota, to Albert and Karen (Goltz) Iverson.  Linda was baptized as an infant in Waterville, Minnesota. She was confirmed in her faith at American Lutheran Church in Gaylord, Minnesota, in 1975. Linda graduated with honors from Gaylord High School in 1978, where she was active in Speech and Drama. She won first place at the state speech contest in Interpretive Poetry as a sophomore.

On May 5, 1995, Linda was united in marriage to Kenneth Berry in Gaylord, Minnesota. They resided in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, for many years, where Linda was employed as a dispatcher for a local cable television company.  Linda and Kenny moved to Gaylord in 2006. Linda was an avid bike rider and enjoyed cooking, crafting, reading, and was a very talented seamstress.  Linda was quite innovative and creative and could make just about anything that was needed by family members.

In recent years Linda dealt with multiple physical ailments, yet persevered with such amazing strength and positive attitude, and was such an inspiration to those who knew her. Linda had a kind and loving heart, and was thankful for the time spent with friends and family.

Those that will cherish her memory include her:
husband, Kenny;
children, April (Marc Boxton) Burnett of Gaylord, and Jeffrey (Amanda) Burnett of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; grandchildren, Brandon Burnett and April Boxton of Gaylord, Autumn Burnett, Hannah Burnett, and Cheyenne Burnett of Palm Beach Gardens, FL;

siblings, Paul Iverson, Judy (Brian) Young, and Todd Iverson, all of Gaylord;
sister-in-law, Patricia (Bobby) Stricklin and;

    Linda was basically a mother to me growing up. I have been friends with April since March of 1987. She was a kind, loving, amazing woman. She always went above and beyond for anyone she could. I will miss her greatly!

    Linda was so sweet to me. When I moved out of my parents home into my own she went with me to the store to help pick things I may need in my kitchen. Along with just being a friend. We had lots of fun times together when we were younger. God bless Linda fly free & soar with the Angels.

    To Linda’s family,
    Linda was a very kind, and sweet lady to me. My memories of her are little short visits in my produce department. She even gave me a recipe. I am glad I got to have these visits with her.
    My deepest sympathies to you all, and my prayers for comfort.

    Linda has always been a part of our lives. She lived with us for a summer when we lived in Redwood Falls. She was a super niece, and she will truly be missed by all of us.
    She had a very positive attitude, and a great big heart. Love you Linda.

    I am so sorry to hear/see this…Linda touched my life and many others in the time she (and Kenny) worked at the cable company. Linda was always friendly, giving and loving to all…I am sad for Ken and family although Linda is not physically here,I know she’s dispatching her love., I will watch for celebration of life information, as I would love to attend.
