Linda M. Kurtz

Obituary

Linda Mary Kurtz was born on July 9, 1953, in Litchfield, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Raymond and Theresa (Wimmer) Lanigan. Linda was baptized as an infant and confirmed in her faith at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, in Minneapolis. She received her education in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and was a graduate of the South High School Class of 1971. Linda received additional education at Ridgewater College in Hutchinson, MN.

Linda was blessed with five children, Shanna, Daniel, Rae, Christina “Tina”, and Sean.

Linda worked in health care for several years. She enjoyed painting, refinishing and making furniture. She also enjoyed watching birds, gardening, and crocheting. Linda’s life was centered around her family, grandchildren and friends. She spent the later years of her life with her beloved Duane.

Linda passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at Harmony River Living Center in Hutchinson, at the age of 70 years.
