Linda Sander, age 74, of St. Martin, Minnesota, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2025, at her home in St. Martin, Minnesota.
Memorial Service will be Friday, April 11, 2025, 11:00 A.M. at the Hauser-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Fairfax with interment in Fort Ridgely Cemetery, Ridgely Township, Nicollet County, Minnesota.
Gathering of Family and Friends will Friday, April 11, 2025, from 9:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M. at the Hauser-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Fairfax.
Obituary
Linda Marie Sander was born on May 23, 1950, in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Wayne and Ethel (Paschke) Case. Linda was baptized as an infant and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth, both at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church in Fairfax. She received her education in Fairfax and was a graduate of the Fairfax High School class of 1968.
On October 10, 1970, Linda was united in marriage to Alan Sander at the United Methodist Church in Fairfax. After their marriage, the couple resided in Fairfax, Olivia, Springfield, Brainerd and St. Martin, Minnesota. She was a cook at the Springfield Hospital, she waitressed at various restaurants, and was quality control at SMC in Springfield. Linda and Alan were blessed with three children. They shared 47 years of marriage when Alan passed away on August 13, 2018.
Linda enjoyed bowling and was on a league for many years. She also enjoyed gardening, houseplants, camping, playing cards and board games, and video gaming with her grandchildren. Linda was a great cook. She cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.
Linda passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at her home in St. Martin, at the age of 74 years. Blessed be her memory.

Gwen (Terry) Valentien of Cold Spring, MN, and
Jenny (Russ) DeStefano of Long Beach, MS;
5 Grandchildren, Brittany (Brian), Cassie (Ben), Tyler, Tony (Haley) and Anna;
Great-grandchildren, Hudson, Callan, Brooklynn and Octavia;
Sisters, Jane Hale and Sue Lewis;
Brother, Burt (Carol) Case;
Sisters-in-law, Jean Hansen, Pat (Lon) Johnson, Mary (Jim) Jacobs and Judy Sander;
Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her Parents, Wayne and Ethel Case; and Husband, Alan Sander.
