Maryann Siems, age 79, of Zumbrota, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Mayo Clinic Hospital - Methodist Campus in Rochester.
Prayer Service will be Saturday, May 13, 2023, 10:30 A.M. at the Egesdal Funeral Home in Gaylord with interment in the Gaylord City Cemetery.
Obituary
Maryann Barbara Siems was born on November 14, 1943, in Gaylord, Minnesota. She was the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Kahs) Regner. Maryann was baptized as an infant and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth. She received her education in Gaylord and was a graduate of the Gaylord High School Class on 1962. Maryann furthered her education at the University of Minnesota.
On January 8, 1972, Maryann was united in marriage to Kenneth Siems at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Gaylord. After their marriage, the couple resided in Hopkins, Minnesota. She was a loving mother and wife. Maryann and Kenneth were blessed with one daughter, Jennifer. They shared 51 years of marriage.
Maryann enjoyed basketball, cooking, gardening, music, prayer and helping people. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who took care of all her family. Maryann was a strong, hardworking woman with fervent faith in her Lord Jesus Christ.
Maryann passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at Mayo Clinic Hospital - Methodist Campus in Rochester at the age of 79 years. Blessed be her memory.

Daughter, Jennifer Siems of Shakopee, MN;

Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
Maryann was preceded in death by her Parents, Joseph and Mary Regner; Sister, Theresa Holm.
