Ken and Karin Maahs says
Melva will be sorely missed. She was part of the constant connection of my mom (Janette Maahs) and Luella Lofgren (Aunt Luella) who I always saw as a trio. They were always together. Melva may have been a cousin, but I always saw her as another aunt, or a sister, of mom and Luella. It was always them together. The three amigos. We always spent every big family event together. She may have not been happy knowing we thought of her as “an aunt”, but she was cherished by me and my brothers. We loved visiting her and Henry at the lake, as often as we could, and I know she enjoyed spending time with her extended family. God Bless You Melva. You’ll be missed.
