Noel Enter, age 63, of Gaylord passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at the Estates at Delano in Delano.
Celebration of Life will be Sunday, November 19, 2023, 1:00 P.M. at Hahn’s Dining and Lounge, 206 N. Main in Winthrop.
Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 12 Noon – 3:00 P.M., ALL at Hahn’s Dining.
Obituary
Noel Gordon Enter was born on March 15, 1960, in New Ulm, Minnesota. He was the son of Gordon and Lola (Cox) Enter. Noel was baptized as an infant on April 3, 1960, at Norwegian Grove Lutheran Church, Sibley Township, Sibley County and was later confirmed in his faith as a youth on May 12, 1974, at Norseland Lutheran Church, Norseland, Minnesota. He received his education in Gaylord and was a graduate of the Gaylord High School.
On September 25, 1981, Noel was united in marriage to StarLynn Solmonson at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord. After their marriage, the couple resided in Gaylord. This union was blessed with three children. Noel was employed at Railway Equipment, Golden Egg, Kottke Trucking, Lance Olson Trucking and Crystal Farms. Noel and StarLynn shared 42 years of marriage.
Noel enjoyed tinkering in the garage, woodworking, welding, and four wheeling. He loved telling stories and jokes. Noel enjoyed being an over the road trucker and the many friends he made throughout his life. He cherished the time he spent with his family, especially his children and grandchildren, teasing them and his grand puppies.
When he needed assistance with his daily care, Noel became a resident of the Estates at Delano in August of 2023 and passed away there on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at the age of 63 year. Blessed be his memory.
Noel is survived by his:
Wife, StarLynn Enter of Gaylord, MN;
Children, Nick (Hilary) Enter and their children, Treyton and Trysten of Gaylord, MN,
Jackie (Jon) Auringer and their children, Brice and Aubree of Welcome, MN, and
Derick Enter and his special friend, Jess Gilomen of Gaylord, MN;
Sisters, Sandra Jackson, Gail Horn, Myra (Kevin) Vorweck, and Stacie (Mike) Rustin;
Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Noel was preceded in death by his Parents, Gordon and Lola Enter; Sister, Cynthia Klingbeil; Brothers-in-law, Dennis Jackson, Keith Horn, Glenn Klitzke; Father-in-law, Maurice Solmonson.
