Words cannot express the loss we feel with the passing of Nolan. I have known Nolan since I was 17. He was not only my brother-in-law but my friend and always acted like my big brother. Peg and Nolan, together with Ron and I have spent countless times going on trips together, visiting each other homes and always getting together for graduations and weddings. He had a great sense of humor, a love for family and was truly a nice guy. When anyone asked him how he was feeling, his answer was “fine at this time”. We will miss you Nolan and are glad you are at peace with Peg in heaven. Prayers for Dirk and Lois, Nevada and Mercedes. Remember you always have family who love you in Georgia. Love, Ron and Sandi Scepaniak

Nolan was such a likeable guy. When our families got together for birthday parties at his parents home he would tell stories of how he and his dad would go rabbit hunting in the car out in the fields of their farm. He had a special hilarious way of telling them that kept one laughing and picturing the two of them doing this, with the story sometimes ending that they finally ran over the rabbit and his mother saying “Ach, Nolie.” He was pretty much the instigator to keep our family reunions going every year. I will miss that call in the future making sure we remembered the date. We will miss you Nolie.
