Patricia Goodell, age 79, of Lester Prairie, Minnesota, died on Monday, December 30, 2019, at Glencoe Regional Health Services in Glencoe, Minnesota.
Memorial Service will be held Thursday, January 2, 2020, 11:00 A.M. at the Johnson-McBride Funeral Chapel in Glencoe, Minnesota.
Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Thursday, January 2, 2020, from 10:00-11:00 A.M., one hour prior the service at the chapel.
Obituary
Patricia Susan (Arkulary) Goodell was born on September 4, 1940, in Viroqua, Wisconsin. She was the daughter of John and Francis (Selbach) Arkulary. Patricia was baptized as an infant and later was confirmed in her faith as a youth at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Viroqua, Wisconsin. She received her education in Duluth, Minnesota, graduating from Stanbrook School with the Class of 1958.
On October 15, 1960, Patricia was united in marriage to Wayne Goodell. Patricia and Wayne made their home in Duluth and Lester Prairie, Minnesota. Their life was blessed with five children, Susan, Laura, Michael, Tricia, and Wayne “Tim”. Patricia and Wayne shared over 59 years of marriage.
In addition to being a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker, Patricia was a piano instructor, sold Mary Kay and real estate.
Patricia enjoyed bowling, crafts, knitting, sewing, gardening, crossword and Sudoku puzzles. She loved to visit and cherished the time spent with her family and friends.
Patricia passed away on Monday, December 30, 2019, at the age of 79 years, 3 months and 26 days.

(Miaja), Emali;
Great Grandchildren, Aria, Ava, Stone, Josie;
Sister, Elizabeth Wilhelmson and her husband, Mark;
Brothers, Larry Arkulary, James Arkulary, Michael Arkulary, Stephen Arkulary and his wife, Mitzi;
Aunt, Uncle, Many Nieces, Nephews, Other relatives and friends.
Patricia is preceded in death by her Parents, John and Francis Arkulary; Son, Wayne ‘Tim” Goodell; Sisters, Ann, Mary; Brother, John.

So sorry to hear about Pat; she was such a nice lady. I enjoyed the time I was privileged enough to spend with her at LTC. I enjoyed her sense of humor; she made me smile often.

She was my Aunty Pat. Being a nephew, we enjoyed time with all the kids, going to their cabin, snowmobiling and going to Grandmas by the store in Duluth. You are a special lady in my heart Aunty Pat and will be sadly missed.
