The Gus Zuehl Family (Leonard, Elaine, Carolyn, Marilyn, & Mary Ann)

Coleen, Chuck, & Leslie & family,
We are all so sorry to hear of your loss of your mom. My sister, Marilyn, graduated the same year as your mom. They did some crazy things together. Your mom would come and pick the girls up from
school in Lester Prairie and they would drive around with the windows down acting crazy, singing, “Seven little girls sitting in the back seat kissing and hugging Fred, said why don’t one of you come and sit beside me and this is what the seven girls said, all together now one, two, three, keep your eyes on the driving and your hands on the wheel and keep your snoopy eyes on the road ahead, we’re having fun sitting in the back seat kissing and hugging with Fred.” They were a crazy group that always hung out together. I talked to your mom several times on the phone, she was always kind and passionate to me. Came to some of our Christmas’.
Your mom would want you to keep in contact with each other and remember the good memories you had together. We all are unable to come tomorrow but we will always remember her in our hearts. As we are talking, received a phone call from Marilyn’s daughter, that she is in the hospital with rapid heart beat.

    Dear Colleen, Chuck and Leslie,
Please accept my sympathy on the death of your mother. I have fond memories of visiting at my Aunt Regina and Uncle Fred’s home in Lester Prairie. Sharon was my older cousin and I was always fond of her, over the years and especially the last number of years, I got to get to know her again. She always talked of her children and grandchildren and her Gonsior family. Please remember some of the good times you all shared. I was sorry to miss the funeral but winter driving from Nebraska often brings icy roads.
    Prayers for your loss.
