Adam was the very first person I worked with at Aveyron. He lived longer then anyone expected. He was a funny kid and a joy to work with. Rest in peace Adam. You will always be remembered.

    Randy,
I am so sorry to hear about Adam. He always held such a special place in my heart. I am sure he is up there talking away & hearing all the things he couldn’t before. He was such a special kid and I thank you for sharing him with me for so many years. You have a pretty special angel watching over you.

I’m not convinced the specialists ever had a full understanding of Adam’s “syndrome”, but he certainly outlived their expectations!! Due to his multiple health issues, he was always a challenge – but could show happiness with his smile or by getting excited by touching your face. Even though he could not express himself in the standard ways, it’s nice to know that love and happiness was inside that body.
Condolences and prayers to the family.

To uncle Randy and my cousin Aaron, my deepest condolences. To my aunt Karen and Adam, I know you’re having full conversations and sharing laughs and hugs. Adam, may you clearly hear the heavenly choirs, fully see the King of Kings, and effortlessly converse with Grandpa Roland, Aunt Diane, and your mother.

Adam and I were in Kindergarten together at West Elementary…. I moved away from Hutchinson in 4th grade, and I actually live in Florida now, but I still think about Adam and all that he taught us. He’s the reason I know the sign language alphabet, because his aide taught it to us all in Mrs. Seller’s Kindergarten class. I was just talking about him with my co-workers here at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Oviedo, FL this morning, and thought I’d Google him to see what he’s up to these days. I’m so sorry to hear of his passing. Praying that God’s peace that passes all understanding surround you. Know that he was incredible part of God’s plan in my life and I was blessed to know him!
