Alexander “Alex” Doering, age 29, of Brownton, Minnesota, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017 at his home in Brownton.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 27, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Brownton, Minnesota. Interment will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery at a later date.
Visitation will be held Thursday, January 26, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church and will continue one hour prior to the service on Friday morning at the Church.
Memorials preferred.
Obituary
Alexander “Alex” Keith Doering was born on June 1, 1987, in Hutchinson, Minnesota. He was the son of Keith Doering and Barb (Ritchey) Doering. Alex was baptized as an infant and was later confirmed in his faith as a youth on May 20, 2001 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Brownton, Minnesota. He received his education in Brownton, and was a graduate of the McLeod West High School Class of 2005.
On September 3, 2014, Alex’s daughter, Brynlee was born. Alex loved spending time with his daughter. He lived in the Brownton area his whole life.
Alex was a full time farmer and farmed mostly with his Dad and Grandpa Norm, who was a very influential person in his life. He was also a professional truck driver, and worked construction. Alex was a lifetime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Alex enjoyed snowmobiling, hunting, motocross, and fishing. He loved his farm and spent a lot of time working to make it his own. His daughter, Brynlee was his pride and joy. He loved spending time with her, including doing chores on the farm and playing in the yard. He loved her with all of his heart.
Alex passed away on Sunday, January 22, 2017, at his home in Brownton, at the age of 29 years.

Beverly and Jody Schulze of Hutchinson, MN;
Many other relatives and friends.
Alex is preceded in death by his Grandpa, Joe Ritchey; Cousins, Megan Ritchey and Mike Kokesh; and other loved family and friends.
