Baby Hubert Davis, Son of Christopher and Sara Davis, of Lafayette, Minnesota, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026, at the Mother Baby Center at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, April 8, 2026, 11:00 A.M., at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Mankato, Minnesota, with interment at a later date in the Nielsen Family Private Cemetery in Palisade, Minnesota.
Visitation will be one hour prior to Mass at the church.
Obituary
Hubert "Hub" Christopher Davis was received into the loving arms of his family on March 20th, 2026. Though his eyes will never see this world, in the months leading up to his birth, he touched the lives of so many people. His family has experienced an incredible outpouring of love and support. We are thankful for all the prayers that have kept us going during this challenging time. Hub has changed us forever. We rest in the hope of seeing him again in Heaven.
Hubert will be always loved and missed by his, Parents, Christopher and Sara Davis; Siblings, Anna, Addelyn, Wrenly, Clayton and Marlena Davis; Grandparents, James and Marlene Nielsen, Pamela Davis; Great-Grandparent, Carol Iverson; Aunts and Uncles, James (Jenna) Nielsen, Daniel (Courtney) Nielsen, Michaelann (Basant) Dahmi, Shaun (Leah Brown) Davis; Many cousins, other family members and friends.
Preceded In Death by his Great-Grandparents, Clayton Iverson, Paul and Anna Nielsen, Hubert and Marilyn Hovland, James and Dolores Davis; Grandfather, Glen Davis; Cousin, Erie Lynn Nielsen.
