To all of Betty’s family: I was truly shocked to see Betty’s name in the obituaries. She was a wonderful person. We had lots of fun when she bowled with us many years ago and, of course, the softball games with the Brownton team.
My deepest sympathy to you all!

To all of Betty’s Family…..am so saddened to read this news. She was such a kind & loving person to all…..don’t know a person who didn’t love her and her positive attitude. The many memories we shared while bowling and on our trips will always bring a smile to my face. She made bowling fun even when we didn’t win, but she did,,,what a bowler, I know that she is sitting at the feet of Jesus with a big smile that she is “home”. May the many memories bring you some healing and comfort during the times ahead. She so loved each of you and was proud to be your grandma. Rest in peace my dear friend until we meet again…Love you.

To all of Betty’s family … Betty was truly one of the most wonderfully kind, thoughtful, giving and selfless person we have ever met. We remember hearing her tell how she’d stay up all night after thanksgiving to decorate her home for Christmas. She loved her family at home and at church. It was so apparent in all the things she did to build a happy home for her children and to support the work of the Lord at her church. Everyone who knew her can offer to God a great big “thank you” for lending her to us for these 75 years. God caused the light of faith to burn brightly in her heart and she never stopped letting that light shine in all she did. Her example lives on in our hearts and lives as an encouragement serve Christ eagerly and joyfully until that great day when we rest from our labors and see him face to face. What a joy to know that Betty gets to see heaven decorated for Christmas this year! God’s peace in Christ to all who mourn.

Sorry to hear of Betty’s passing. I worked with Betty at the bank and it was a joy to work with her. She was always pleasant. The weather prevented me from being at the funeral.
