Dennis Clagett says
My name is Russell Dennis Clagett. Charlie and I have
been friends since about 1965-66.
We meet in Minneapolis about that time, staying at a
rooming/boarding house, and became fast friends.
We were Best Man at each other’s
weddings. Our lives went on separate paths after that but we continued
talking and writing to each
other. Four years ago my wife of 44 years died of cancer and Charlie
reached out to me with phone calls and
Letters. These may have
saved my life. A wonderful man was Charlie. I would be happy to
talk or email if anyone would like details.
