Dale Arndt, age 59, of Cologne, Minnesota, passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018, at his home in Cologne, Minnesota.
Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Friday, November 16, 2018, from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at the Paul-McBride Funeral Chapel in Norwood Young America, Minnesota.
Obituary
Dale Robert Arndt was born on November 9, 1959, in Marshall, Minnesota. He was the son of Ezra William and Joann L. (Meron) Arndt. Dale was baptized as an infant on November 29, 1959, at Holy Redeemer Church in Marshall, Minnesota, and was confirmed in his faith as a youth at Guardian Angels Church in Chaska, Minnesota. He grew up and received his education in Chaska, Minnesota, graduating with the Chaska High School Class of 1978.
On May 3, 1983, Dale was united in marriage to Mary L. Sohns at the Minneapolis court house. They made their home and raised their family in the southwest corner of Carver County, Minnesota. Dale and Mary’s marriage was blessed with four sons, Joe, Jeff, Jason and Michael. They shared 35 years of marriage.
Dale worked several construction and truck driving jobs over the years until he owned and operated Arndt Trucking. He was a member of Church of the Ascension in Norwood Young America, Minnesota. Dale enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, dune buggies and antique vehicles and tractors. He treasured the time spent with his friends and family, especially his grandchildren.
Dale passed away Friday, November 9, 2018, at 10:20am in Cologne, Minnesota, at the age of exactly 59 years.
Blessed be his memory and he will never be forgotten.

Sons, Joe Sohns and his wife, Tosha, of Jordan, MN,
Jeff Arndt and his wife, Kassie, of Cologne, MN,
Jason Arndt and his wife, Emily, of Cologne, MN;
9 Grandchildren;
1 Great Grandchild;
Mother, Joann Arndt of Holland, MN;
Siblings, Curtis Arndt and Teri Gansen of Pipestone, MN,
Bev Pulczinski and her husband, Pat, of Prior Lake, MN,
Robin Rogers of Belle Plaine, MN;
Several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Dale was preceded in death by his Father, Ezra William Arndt; Son, Michael Arndt; Grandparents, Edith and Albert Arndt, Marcella and Rolland Meron; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
