To the best friends that anyone could ever ask for: Chad and I are deeply saddened by the passing of Duane. Chad called Duane Dad and of course Tina Mom. I call both of you my best friends. The many memories that we shared of course can never be repeated or replaced. Your wonderful children are like brothers and sisters to Chad and this also can never be replaced. May the good Lord bless and keep each and everyone of you in his tender care in this time of grief. There are not any words to express what your entire family meant to us. What you did for us and what you mean to us can never be replaced by anyone.
God bless each and everyone of you. All our love pours out to each of you.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.
Duane was always my biggest fan in high school in sports and music events and I loved his support and the friendship of your family.
He will be missed.
Duane Werth says
I am so sorry to hear of Duane’s passing.
I would like to share this piece of history about us:
Duane and I were born one day apart. Our mothers shared the same room at Glencoe Hospital after our births.
It was several days later that they separately decided on the name of their First Born boys.
Without any collaboration, the families named us both “Duane”.
He and I were in the same Grade and High School classes for many years.
Confusion reigned early on when a teacher called the name “Duane”. Both of us would always respond with an enthusiastic “YES”, eager to answer the tough question on either math, history or civics. ?
Hence forth it was determined that nick names would help separately identify us.
An attempt was made to call me “Red”, which I strongly objected to!!! I asked to be called ‘Rusty” and so we were hence forth known as “Duane” (Stradtmann) and “Rusty” (Werth).
There-in is the real reason I’m Rusty and Duane is still Duane.
May God hold him and keep him in His hands.
Duane “Rusty” Werth
