Elda loved going fishing and enjoyed listening to the birds sing. Elda also loved spending time baking and cooking in the kitchen, she was best known for her delightful cookies. She loved cheering on her Minnesota Twins, as she was quite the avid Twins fan. Elda was grateful to be able to spend the winter months in Texas and cherished time spent with her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
