Service Information
Elva Perales, age 81, of Villa Union Coahuila, Mexico, passed away Friday, September 24, 2021, at her daughter’s home in Gaylord.
Funeral Service will be Wednesday, September 29, 2021, 11:00 A.M. at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Gaylord with interment in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the church.
Obituary
Elva Perales was born on October 16, 1939, in Villa Union Coahuila, Mexico. She was the daughter of Arturo and Beatriz (Cruz) Villarreal. Elva was baptized as an infant and was later confirmed in her faith as a youth.
Elva was a loving mother and homemaker. She enjoyed cooking and playing Bingo. Elva cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her children, grandchildren, and friends.
After a long battle with Cancer, Elva passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her daughter’s home in Gaylord on Friday, September 24, 2021, at the age of 81 years. Blessed be her memory.

Alma Rodriguez and her husband, Rogelio of Eagle Pass, TX;
10 Grandchildren, Bobby Tapia, Arturo Magaña, Jonathan Magaña, Juan Carlos Magaña, Alma Rodriguez, Erika Rodriguez, Roger Rodriguez, Ryan Perales, Andrea Grady, Albert Palacios Jr.;
Twin Sister, Godelva Rivera of Chicago, IL, and Sister, Rebecca Lira of AZ;
Brother, Armando Villarreal of Eagle Pass, TX;
Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Elva was preceded in death by her Parents, Arturo and Beatriz Villarreal; Sister, Ildur Fuentes; Brother, Arturo Villarreal; Granddaughter, Cassandra Palacios; Brothers-in-law, Juan Fuertes and Manuel Lira.
